JHMR Qualifications

Winter 2023 (November 1st - April 30th)

To be eligible to live in JHMR's employee housing, prospective tenants must meet the following criteria: 

  1. Accepted full-time job offer (30+ hours/week) with JHMR/JHRL.
  2. Confirmed allocation for specific property/bed designated by the department manager.  
  3. Completed an application, passed background/credit check (former tenants must be in good standing from previous tenancy) and provided requested information for Teton County Workforce Housing verification requirements.
  4. Verified work start & end dates with department manager to align with move-in & move-out dates. Confirmed those dates with housing@jacksonhole.com to receive an Elease agreement. 
  5. Payment of security deposit and rent due throughout the sublease term.
  6. Confirmed move-in appointment with property management.

Each department is allocated a certain number of beds for the season, so please check with the department hiring manager for their current housing availability. If you do not receive housing from your department, you can request to be placed on the waitlist by emailing housing@jacksonhole.com
